// The retailer rolled out its Mediterranean-inspired New Med concept store in Paris over the weekend
Mango is set to roll out a new concept store in the UK’s Bluewater shopping centre after rolling out its Mediterranean-inspired New Med concept store in Paris over the weekend.
The fashion retailer‘s Paris store featured an enlarged and changed fitting room area, incorporating USB plugs and light adjustments, and new technologies and services that have been added to improve the customer shopping experience.
Mango is currently planning a new concept store at Bluewater shopping centre in the Southeast of England.
The retailer has previously had a store at the centre on the ground floor near anchor tenant John Lewis.
The new store is expected to be well situated on the first floor, several doors along from the large Zara new concept store.
The store is part of Mango’s expansive new store refurbishment plan which aims to incorporate this new retail concept in stores beyond its flagships.
It chose Paris as its latest location as it “considers France a strategic market and aims to expand its presence in the country with the opening of more than 70 new stores over the next few years, to bring the total to 300 stores by 2025”.
